Rubrics 1. Is the theme clear? 2. Is the cloth wrinkle-free? 3. Is the cloth free from rips, tears, spots and stains? 4. Were all sides should be equally skirted and covered? 5.  Were the table legs not visible? 6. Was the skirt fitted tightly (No sags) 7. Were clips/pins applied correctly 8. Is the color of the cloth and skirt complimentary? 9. Is there uniformity in the pleats? 10. Is the overall table appealing?

Pointers in table Skirting 1. Decide on what design you are going to do taht fits the occassion. 2. Prepare the needed materials:    a. Cloth    b. Table skirt    c. Pins    d. Thumbtacks    e. Thimble 3.Lay the top cloth and fasten with thimtacks at the edge of the table. 4. Pull the cloth adequately to straighten the surface. 5. Get the center front of the table and fold the cloth to the center to get the middle. 6. Start fastening the cloth with pins at the center with the middle half of the cloth. 7. Taking Telephone Table Reservation 1. Greet the caller as per time of  the day. 2. Introduce your name and the name of the Hotel. 3. Make sure that you sound friendly over the phone. Smile! 4. Get the name and other contact information of the caller like address and telephone number 5. Get the detail of the reservation. Take note of the date and time of reservation. 6. Make sure that you sound polite when asking questions.Always use "please" or "May I". 7. Ask for the no of seat for the reservation. 8.  Ask the caller for any special request. (Koshier, Halal etc) 9.  Upsell new or non-moving  products and services. 10. Get  the caller's preferred mode of payment. Is  it cash,card or check payment. 11. Summarize and verified the caller's reservation details. 12. Offer further assistance to make sure everything is taken cared off. 13.
